A Skin Strategy Session is a dedicated consultation focused entirely on understanding your skin and creating a thoughtful path forward. During this session we review your current routine, discuss your skin history and goals, assess your skin, and build a personalized treatment and home care plan tailored specifically to you.
After more than two decades working with skin, muscle, and the deeper systems that influence how we age, I believe healthy skin comes from thoughtful care over time rather than chasing trends or quick fixes. My approach focuses on strengthening the skin, supporting collagen, improving circulation and lymphatic flow, and maintaining natural expression.
Every person’s skin is different, and it changes over time. Whether you are dealing with breakouts, sensitivity, sun damage, or the natural changes that come with aging, it is never too early or too late to begin caring for your skin in a thoughtful way. The goal is healthy, vibrant skin that continues to improve with the right treatments and care.
During your session we will:
• Review your current skincare routine
• Discuss your skin history and concerns
• Evaluate your skin in person or via Zoom
• Create a personalized treatment strategy
• Build a realistic home care plan
You will leave this session with a clear understanding of your skin and a practical plan for moving forward.
Ideal for new clients or anyone unsure where to begin.
Available in studio or via Zoom.
If you schedule a treatment of $150 or more within 14 days, $25 from this session will be applied toward that service.
